Dear Security Professional,
Don't miss this informative program:
Second in a three-part "Building a Resilient Organization"
webinar series
Building
Resilience Using a Maturity Model Improved resilience
and preparedness performance is the goal, however, the trick is how to score a goal. Learn how the maturity model using the
ANSI/ASIS Organizational Resilience standard was tested in preparation for the FIFA World Cup. Phase-in improvements and generate
a culture of resilience and preparedness awareness within your organization that fits your culture and resources. The maturity
model has been used to build a recognition program to incentivize continual improvement. Combining the maturity model with
a recognition program might be what your organization needs to drive performance improvements.
