Under
the direction of the Director of Security, this position will supervise all Security Services personnel in the overall performance
of their duties and assists in managing and monitoring the security management program for health system facilities. This
position is responsible for supervising approximately 6 to 10 security officers. The security supervisor
may be responsible for supervising officers in different locations as requested by the director. Qualifications: Requires
a High school diploma or GED certificate. Prefer an Associates or Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice,
Business Administration or Communication. Must have a minimum of two (2) years in security or law enforcement supervision.
Must successfully complete the Taser and AZ Post firearms training course annually with a passing score. Must have successfully
completed the IAHSS Supervisory Certification within 90 days of hire. Must have a valid Arizona Driver
License. Requires working knowledge of Arizona State Laws, Public Relations, and Investigative techniques. Must
have the ability to write legible, concise, comprehensive security reports while using correct grammar and spelling.

Director, IT Security and Compliance Overview: Responsible for developing, directing
and maintaining an enterprisewide information security program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected;
directing the identification, evaluation and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets industry compliance

| Responsibilities: | The successful Security Director will be responsible for directing, coordinating and overseeing all activities
of the onsite Security staff, including all supervisory, training and operations functions at the assigned post in accordance
